The impregnated diamond wire has been designed for cutting of all types of granites, from soft granite to more abrasive & hard granite. The abrasive part of the diamond bead consists of a steel ring over which sintered diamond bead is molded and plasticized with injection molding. This type of mechanism improves the strength of the wire, which is very suitable for granite and marble quarries.
